Dissolve 1 - 4 cups (approx 250g-1kg) of flakes in a warm bath of 37-39°C. Relax and soak for 20 minutes. In pregnancy, use 1-2 cups (approx 250g-500g) and ensure the bathing water is around 36°C and never higher than body temperature. Keep sealed in a cool, dry place as flakes turn to liquid on contact with moisture.

I felt cheated!
Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!! I have bought 2 bags. Both arrived with a big hole at the bottom and someone used adhersive tape to cover the holes, and worst is the tapes are coming off, so basically the magnesium flakes are leaking out. I dont dare to use them anymore. Hygiene matters. I bought them for bath soaking. Who dare to use them with this kind of condition. I will NEVER EVER buyu anythiny from Lookfantastic any more. May be that is the reason why their price is so low. In the same order other products got different problems too. e.g. the Vitamin C serum for the FACE are partially squeezed/pressed open and those serum came out became dark yellowish while the original serum is supposed to be creamy color. OMG, Who dare to use it on my face. I end up throw away quite a lot of what I have bought. This experience does even worth any star.
