A great kick start!
I've used slim 7 a few times to kickstart a healthy routine. Both times I have followed it with Thalgo Slim LC Capsules. One thing you have to remember with this product is to drink lots of water for the week! I mean lots! This will boost your metabolism in itself- Add slim 7 and you're off to a good start. I've always cut out alcohol for a week & been careful with my calorie consumption too... If you really focus for a week you'll notice a difference. It's not going to perform miracles, but it will rid your body of excess water. I found my skin was clearer and eyes brighter by the end of the week & if you carry on to slim LC capsules you will get results.

Waste of money
I wasn't expecting miracles from this product and its a good job because the only positive is that it tastes nice! Felt absolutely no different for drinking this.

Waste of money
This did absolutely nothing for me, I didn't even loose a pound. I normally eat a healthy diet, I even cut down on drinking while using this but at the end of a week nothing.
