I'm not sure
First use of these wipes, I wasn't sure I liked them. They didn't feel like they were doing a thorough job. But I persevered, & kept using them. I've now decided that they aren't as moist as some facial wipes, but are of a more oily consistency. I've not used an oily cleanser for years, so think it's a case of getting used to the difference. After using a wipe, I then used a toner, to check the effectiveness of the wipes. It was better than I expected.
