argon oil
I have been using the ORLY Argan Oil Cuticle Drops for just a couple of weeks, I heard it was good for nails and my nails need all the help they can get. I put it on mostly at night before bed and protect with cotton gloves. It's quite messy but it is oil so this is to be expected. My nails still break quite often and are still quite weak but I am hopeful that they will improve with continued use. I use an argon oil shampoo and conditioner which my hair loves, so maybe my nails will respond in a similar way soon.
