These Rules set out how you can enter for a chance to win LOOKFANTASTIC credits by participating and becoming the top spenders (“Promotion”).

The Promoter is THG BEAUTY LIMITED (trading as LOOKFANTASTIC) whose registered office is at Icon 1 7-9 Sunbank Lane, Ringway, Altrincham, United Kingdom, WA15 0AF (“LOOKFANTASTIC” or “we”).

By entering the Promotion, you are deemed to have read and understood these Rules and shall be unconditionally bound by them. These Rules should also be read in conjunction with LOOKFANTASTIC's general terms and conditions, available at Terms and Conditions under Singapore's LOOKFANTASTIC site.

We reserve the right to amend these Rules without notice from time to time.

How to enter

To be entered into this Promotion, you will need to register our newsletter and make a purchase using your LOOKFANTASTIC account. (‘’Purchase’’).

Please note that any single product purchase exceeding 5 items will automatically disqualify the order from participating in the promotion.

Opening and closing dates

The Promotion will begin at 11:00AM GMT+0 on 6 November 2023 (“Opening Date”) and will close at 11:00AM GMT+0 on 14 November 2023 (“Closing Date”), also determinted as "Competition period". Any entries submitted after the Closing Date will not be counted. No responsibility will be taken by LOOKFANTASTIC for any entry that is misdirected, lost for technical or other reasons.

Who can enter and entry restrictions

You must be of legal age specified by the laws of your respective country or region of residence.

You are not permitted to enter the Promotion if you are an employee of LOOKFANTASTIC or any The Hut Group company, their direct family member or agent, or if you are otherwise professionally connected with the Promotion.

In entering the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize or reward you may win.

There will be three winners in total, during the "Competition period", each winner will win the following prize:

1 x Lookfantastic Single's Day Box 2023 (worth over £170)

Each Prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives to the Prize will be offered and the Prize is not transferable. The Promoter reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the prize is unavailable for any reason whatsoever.

The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on the winner's behalf. LOOKFANTASTIC does not accept any responsibility if a winner is not able to take up the Prize.

The winners will be determined by the total amount spend on the whole "Competition period", by descending order.

The winners will be notified by LOOKFANTASTIC by the email they used to make the Purchase within 21 days after purchasing (“Notification’’).

Failure by the winner to respond to the Notification within 21 days of the Promoter sending the Notification will be deemed to be a forfeiture of the Prize by the winner and the Promoter reserves the right to another winner in the same criteria, i.e. whoever that places an order with the second highest amount.

Please allow up to 60 days from the date the winner supplies the requested details for delivery of the Prize.

Any specific steps that must be taken by a potential winner to claim a prize will be set out in the Winner Notification by email.

We will not be responsible if any entrant is unable to redeem their prize due to failure to comply with the requirements set out here and in the applicable Competition Materials.

Competition prizes/tickets may be restricted to certain times of the year and unless otherwise stated all prizes must be taken within the determined date of the competition drawing("Opening date" and "Closing date"). Any competition-specific restrictions will be notified to entrants prior to entering the competition (for example, in the Competition Materials).
