Directions of use:
- Suitable for adults and children 2 years of age and older.
- Brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal, or at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or physician.
- Instruct children under 6 years of age in good brushing and rinsing habits (to minimise swallowing).
- Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision.
- For instructions for children under the age of 6 please consult instructions on packaging.
Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Brush Teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal, or at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or physician. I was looking for a toothpaste that was SLS free and fluoride free and found this. My mouth feels really fresh after using it and it has a minty taste. I am really pleased with it and will definitely be getting more.

It is made in USA, the JASON firm specializing on production of goods from natural components. This time I chose seaweed. A little muffled smell than at cinnamon, good plentiful foam. Also I recommend JASON firm shampoos. Total absence of chemical additives in structure.
