Brighten skin and defy signs of ageing with the Vitamin C Suspension Serum 30% in Silicone from The Ordinary; a waterless antioxidant-packed topical formula that remains completely stable due to the absence of water. Enriched with 30% of Vitamin C in its purest form (L-Ascorbic Acid), the serum helps to reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and discolouration overnight when skin is most receptive. The addition of very light silicones allow the serum to effortlessly glide across skin for a silky-smooth finish.

Free from water, alcohol, oil, nut, gluten and soy.

Vegan. Cruelty-free.

Please Note: The format of this formula is a suspension of very fine L-Ascorbic Acid powder and, as such, provides the most direct exposure of extremely high concentrations of Vitamin C topically. With such format, a very strong tingling but non-irritating sensation is expected during the first 1-2 weeks of use until the skin's tolerance to such high exposure is elevated. If the sensation is too strong to tolerate, the formula can be mixed on each application with other creams or serums of your preference.

Dimethicone, Ascorbic Acid, Polysilicone-11, PEG-10 Dimethicone.

Does not do what is promised, difficult application, would not repurchase

I bought this for my mother, and she has used this serum for almost a month. It is supposed to brighten skin, but we see and feel absolutely no difference in her skin condition from using this. The tingling has not lessened, but other than that, there is no sign at all that the product is working. Furthermore, this product is very difficult to apply- it is heavy in silicones, and clumps together when layered with other products. She tried applying it as the first product in her routine, as her last product, and also tried diluting with a moisturizer as suggested, but she was unable to make it work for her. The serum pills too easily
