Enriched with a 0.2% concentration of the anti-ageing powerhouse retinol, which is a derivative of vitamin A, the lightweight serum delivers visible plumping and firming effects to your skin. Another key antioxidant ingredient, squalane, protects against UV damage and helps to minimise the risk of sun-induced age spots, leaving you with a more even-looking skin tone.

- Application: Apply a small amount to the face as part of your evening skincare regimen. Do not use with other retinoid treatments. Avoid unprotected solar exposure. Store in a cool, dry place.

This product must not be used in conjunction with other retinoids including retinol or retinoic acid. This product is not a treatment for acne. The Ordinary Retinol Serum 0.2% in Squalane
I am in my second week of using the serum so a bit early to report whether it actually works or not (which would then give it a 5-star). I haven't experienced any breakouts or other adverse reactions that I had read from other users especially those on the higher percentage formula. I was looking for a product that was targeted for my particular skin concerns and it had to be something that would go well with the existing skincare routine that I have. The Ordinary Retinol Serum is brilliant for that.

Good retinol cream
The texture is ok and it does not cause any irritation to teh skin. Only apply at nighttime.
