Very disappointing.
I was really hoping this would work but after using it for over an hour every day on a pretty high setting (60-70) I see and feel no difference at all. You're supposed to use it 4 times a week and see results - I'm using 7 days a week. My muscles do not hurt after, I just feel like I'm wasting an hour of my time each day but I'm still persevering and hoping it will do something. Don't waste your money buying this like I have. Very disappointing.
