4This Sleep In Rollers Promotional Kit is very easy to use! The rollers were quite big so I had nice big bouncy waves. You don't actually need to tutorial as they are very easy to use. Only thing is whilst they are more comfortable to sleep in that normal rollers, I did wake up quite a bit because they were uncomfortable.
