Gentle yet super effective
This micellar water is the best of all the brands I’ve tried (and I’ve tried so many). One sweep and all the makeup gets dissolved really effectively! It’s gentle enough to use around the eye area as well. I’m so glad LookFantastic carries the Philosophy brand as this is not easily available over the counters in Singapore. I won’t have to worry about having to buy this from the US anymore!
