Fantastic Product - Highly Recommend!
5I have very thick hair and I used to have to have my hair cut every 6 weeks in order to remove all the split ends. I bought this product after reading some reassuring reviews, and I have never touched another conditioner since! It leaves hair lovely, soft and glossy and my hairdresser always comments on how few split ends I have now- despite reducing my visits to every 3 months. Also, it doesn't matter if you dollop too much on - it seems to wash out completely without leaving any heavy residue or greasiness. I even apply the product to my roots (which with other conditioners, usually leaves me with an horrifically bad hair day). I like to massage into damp hair, then leave for 10 minutes (instructions recommend 3) before rinsing out. blow drying and straightening. The smell is pretty neutral, slightly herbal. The packaging is simple but does the job- no complaints there. I think I would actually cry if Matrix ever decided to discontinue this particular conditioner...... So to summarize, this product is well worth the money!

Excellent Conditioner
5My mother and I have used this conditioner for around 3 years, since our hairdresser introduced it to us. I suffer from psoriasis and this does not agitate my scalp at all.

THE BEST EVER!!
5This is the best conditioner I have ever used. It gives me the softest, shiny hair ever, you can feel it from the second you put it on your hair. Even better than Kerastase!!
