It depends
5Matrix Biolage Hydratherapie Conditioning Balm is excellent - for my hair. But I think it depends really much on what type of hair you have. I use this product in dry or towel-dried hair, but If I use too much, or if I use it both in the bath (where I rinse it out) and in dried hair, it gets really greasy. So it's lovely for curly, dry hair! I love specialised products!

4I read about this product in a magazine, where a it was recommended for curly hair: and it really is. Its like my curls sucks it up, and gets soft, but with my curls shaped and no frizz. Very nice.

5I have fine hair that tends to become dry/brittle if I use volumising shampoo and conditioner. Conversely, I find that hydrating conditioners weigh my hair down too much after a few days. This Matrix Biolage Hydratherapie Conditioning Balm is the perfect middle ground; I use it daily and it leaves my hair shiny and moisturised without weighing it down. I do use this with the hydrating shampoo and the softening mist on the ends. All 3 products smell lovely. If you've used pantene aqua light but found them a little too drying this range is a much better alternative.

5I dye my hair regularly so my hair was so dry and damaged. But after using this product my hair felt so heathly, smooth and was so shiny and that was only after the first wash. I recommend this product for anyone who dyes there hair or has dry hair and just wants to give their hair a boost.

Incredibly good!
5Not only value for money but does a great job on my fine, brittle hair. Does not weigh down and leaves my hair shiny and untangled. This range is easily the best I've ever tried and I've tried loads! Far better results than many of the more expensive brands.

Just Brilliant
5I love Matrix products. Not because they are all the best in world but because they balance quality with a sensible price. This is the execption and a real hero product. Would still buy it if it was ú20 a tube. Never used it before? Give it a try - for ú7 what has anyone got to lose. I have frizzy thick hair and I get as good a result from this as I did from Aveda sap moss. It is really that conditioning.
