Good but Pricey
I have this, as well as the 101 ointment. The texture is not the same. This one is more oily and thin than the 101 ointment. It's definitely a day time treatment as it has got those little glitter stuff that to me, is just not that great. The smell is definitely lemony, but I'm surprised that out of allllll the reviews i've read, no one has mentioned that this product is BITTER. Its the sort of taste that I can best describe as if you were to soak lemon slices with skin and all, inside a pitcher of water and you go to drink it after 2 days in the fridge. It tastes just like that. Bitter lemon. I have to, however, give kudos to its exfoliating properties. It doesn't have any beads or anything in it, it is a smooth formula. But because of the lemon acidic extracts, it helps to exfoliate. It really does work. On days when i can get over the taste of the bitter lemon with a bunch of glitter, i do reach for this stuff and it helps the sort of dryness that is around your lip line (with a sort of ashy look). Anything more than that (if your lip is peeling off in chunks like mine sometimes do), it probably isn't going to help very much. The glitter will just emphasise the redness of freshly peeled skin and the dullness of dead skin cells.... yummy.
