Joico Moisture Recovery Treatment Balm 250ml

I was recommended by my hairdresser to buy a weekly moisturising treatment for my hair so went for this. Very happy with the results and highly recommend. It's quite a rich product so start off with a small amount and build up to the right levelvet that suits your hair type. Leaves my hair very soft and feeling healthy again.

Ive been using this product for a couple of years now only to keep returning to it after trying other products on the market some still by Joico. My daughter is mixed race and her hair is fine but almost 100 percent afro so its prone to breakage whilst mine is fine and very dry from colouring blonde so we both need an industrial strength treatment! This NEVER fails. I recently tried only for a change and to avoid product build up the Joico K pak reconstructor but sadly this didn't even come close to our trusted treatment balm despite reviews saying it was as good. If you need something that really works buy this it really is the best, nothing ive tried (and theres been plenty) works on my daughters hair like this does not even products specially for afro hair. My hair is always its best when ive used this product. It does say its for course hair but as long as you don't use too much as its very thick and apply it only to the mid length down its fine.

I have a lot of thick, very dry hair. I can never use just conditioner and get away with it. Even most of masks/treatments are not enough and leave my hair hard to touch, never mention to comb or style. But this works. This makes my hair actually *gasp* soft and manageable.

I have severely weak hair from bleaching. I'm going back to blonde after my hair dresser double bleached my hair and it began to snap. After a few months of darker colour and not touching the hair, I started doing foils to get it light again. I use Kerastase products in conjunction with this mask. This is the only hydrating mask I have and it works well with the protein regime I am on. Even with only 5 minutes in the hair, my hair is amazing to touch, silky and the broken hairs are hardly noticeable. It actually looks like i've just stepped out of a hair dresser when I use this product.
