Refreshing
Got to be honest, this toner smells a little funny when you spray it but I think it's quite a good boost to dull/dry skin! I like to spray this after cleansing and during the middle of the day when my skin is feeling a bit dry. Not really sure if it actually does anything to my skin but I've not had any bad reactions to it and my skin doesn't feel tight at all!
