Disappointed with my free gift as it turned out to be a dull paper thin Gift bag of inferior quality, it arrived creased and didn't look as if it would take much weight. sorry to be ungrateful.

Terrible. Wrinkly and no good upon arrival. Could'nt even hold my product and was ripped to pieces by the weight of one shampoo bottle within minutes. Pointless offer!!

This was the most disappointing gift I have ever received from lookfantastic - a smallish silver paper bag - probably could have bought it for 50p from any stationers. Should have been a freebe without all the build up!
