Photoshop in a bottle
5I have never used Baremineral products before, but this got such a great review on Beautypedia that I decided to try it (mainly the effective SPF 30, and the inclusion of antioxidants). It's tinted and in a silicone base, so you get that lovely blurred effect on the skin. The tint is not going to cover blemish's or dark spots but it will blur them. I find on good skin days, this with concealer is enough. I like that I can use it under the eyes! It seems to prevent creasing (providing you use a liquid and not cream concealer). I also find I can skip my serum in the morning, because this has the skincare element built in. My skin is combo, and blemish prone. This has not made me breakout. It doesn't have oil control, but it doesn't make the situation worse. I blot the same amount with this product. It doesn't cling to badly to dry spots either.

Light but good coverage
4I have been using this all winter rather than a heavy foundation and really love this product, gives a good coverage even though its a primer, you don't get that heavy foundation look that you offten get with some foundations. Will be using his product all year, also SPF 30 which is great in Summer!

Good Primer
4I recently ordered this after researching primers with SPF. I really like the way this product feels on the skin; it has a lovely silky silicone feel to it but it doesn't feel too slippy when applied. It does a nice job of just touching up your skin and smoothing it out, as well as giving SPF protection. I use it both on its own and under make up. Bare in mind however, this is not a typical BB cream - it hardly provides any coverage at all. It's definitely more of a tinted primer.

5This is an excellent primer. It goes very smooth and silky on your skin.. My skin is very sensitive and reacts quickly. This is the best BB primer that my skin loves. I think my skin improved since I war it. Also the cream has SPF factor 30 - essential!

Bare Minerals BB Primer
3Bought this primer in light as I already have the medium which I use in summer. I love the texture and sometimes just wear it on its own in summer when I want a light coverage. Price was good but was disappointed to find after about a week the pump action has stopped working which was really annoying. I am hoping this is just an unfortunate one off....haven't sent it back on this occasion but if it happens again I would, and it would certainly put me off buying this kind of product online again. Apart from this .....a lovely product.

Excellent
5I have several primers in rotation: Smashbox Photoready, Benefit, Too faced, but this bare Minerals primer is the favorite one. It is so smooth, I can get such a thing layer, that i literally need very few of product and don't feel thick layer on my face. One of best primers!

Love it!
5I wore the medium all summer and now wear the light. I find I can wear it with or without foundation and it still gives a wonderful finish. Love the SPF 30
